Armory Refurbishment Project

The Armory Refurbishment Project is a cleanup project led by me with help from some classmates and faculty.

The Armory Free Theatre is the primary site for student-driven productions of experimental theatre, original works, interdisciplinary projects, and events not otherwise accommodated by the university. Residencies are intended to give students the freedom to pursue their primary educational research as developing artists.

This space was in need of cleaning up and upgrading to make the production process more accessible to students and artists. To start this project, I went to my faculty with the idea, and it was greatly supported.

This project is in progress, and so far, we have cleaned out the space, updated equipment, and repainted the floors. We are currently updating documents and making a better residency process.
